super carbBob Harper called in to discuss his new book “The Super Carb Diet.”  Using Bob’s advice from a previous appearance on the show (fill your plate with vegetables, then fill in with your protein and your good carbs), along with exercising, I was able to lose 30 pounds.  Bob talked about carbs vs. “carbage,” the importance of a balanced diet, why sleep truly is important to your health, and two things you must own.
