Bob Harper called in to talk about his new book, “Skinny Habits: The 6 Secrets of Thin People.”  We discussed why a behavior-based approach is essential in establishing a pattern of healthy living, why we shouldn’t beat ourselves up if we stumble, and one thing we can do to start today.  Bob also discussed how quickly his fitness clients get over being star-struck when he puts them to work.
